Peachtree Symphonic Winds in Concert

There’s something in the air … it’s the music of Peachtree Symphonic Winds!  If you have never had barbecue with Beethoven or enjoyed a musical extravaganza, then you are missing out!  Since 2004, Peachtree Symphonic Winds has been a first-class member of the North Georgia music scene.  PSW is dedicated to the performance of standards as well as new works for the band and chamber ensemble. Membership  includes community and professional musicians, all selected through auditions as vacancies occur.
If you are a musician and would like to find out more about performing with PSW, there is an open call for musicians.  Please contact: director@peachtreewinds if you are interested!

Also, don't miss their next event, the Woodruff Arts Center 40th Anniversary, on Saturday, October 18, 2008, 5:30 pm, in the Rich Theater. Or take a road trip to Walt Disney World to hear their Veteran's Day Salute in the Magic Kingdom Galaxy Palace Theater on November 8!  The complete 2008-2009 schedule may found at www.peachtreewinds.org.
